*    Ensuring Housing Assistance Program (PBR) to be implemented within 90 days from the date of issuance of work order.
*   All applications for Economic/Social Amenities/Facilities projects will be answered within 21 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents.
*     KEDA College students will receive their Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) at least within six (6) months of the course.
*     Payments to suppliers will be made electronically within 14 days from the date of receipt of complete documents.
*     All publics complaints will be given an initial response within 5 working days after the complaint is received.
*   Allowance Payments for Development and Village Security Committee (JKKK) will be done at least four (4) times a year.
*    Acknowledgement of status of application for the rental of premises and industrial lots will be answered within 30 working from the date of receiving a complete application.
*     Ensuring that the content and information on the KEDA official website be updated within 3 days upon receipt of such information.
